Personnel Control
PPE Monitoring

A comprehensive detector developed by the our team, built on an open-source detector and running on the existing cameras deployed at customers' premises. It enables monitoring of helmet and workwear compliance, detects whether PPE is being worn correctly, and much more. The client can independently add or disable detectors and integrate third-party detectors. The collected data helps identify systemic issues and supports informed management decisions.

Behaviour

Automatic detection of improper personnel behaviour on site. The system reports conflicts among employees and helps prevent incidents, reducing workplace injury rates. The software detects running, smoking, use of mobile devices, and absence from the workstation. With the appropriate integration configured, the system also alerts to employees lying or sitting motionless on the floor, significantly reducing the time it takes medical personnel to reach and assist them.

Behaviour
Weapons

The system recognises bladed weapons and various types of firearms. With the appropriate integration configured, a threat signal is sent to the duty officer of law enforcement upon detection of armed individuals. The software also detects employees with raised hands, allowing them to signal danger without having to use a traditional panic button and putting themselves at risk.

Weapons
Positioning

Precise tracking of how long employees spend on site and monitoring of their movements. Using identification and tracking capabilities, the system automatically recognises personnel, tracks their movement through defined zones of interest, and records timestamps of visits. The platform builds employee movement routes, helping enforce compliance with work regulations. A search function for locating a specific employee is also available, which is especially important for rapid response in emergency situations.

Positioning
Working Hours

Automated working hours tracking. The system is trained to recognise personnel, record arrivals and departures, and log time spent in key zones of interest. This approach minimises human error, eliminates the need for manual oversight, and provides complete data for optimising workflows and improving operational efficiency.

Working Hours
Zone Control
Hazardous Zones

The system automatically detects intrusion into hazardous zones and dangerous actions, such as approaching operating machinery or suspended loads. The platform instantly sends incident notifications to responsible personnel, helping prevent accidents. Our technology supports dynamic hazardous zones, which is critically important for certain industries such as construction, where zone boundaries are not static and change in response to external factors — for example, when a crane moves.

Hazardous Zones
Restricted Zones

The system automatically monitors personnel entering locations where regulations require the use of a specific set of PPE — such as a gas mask or a helmet with a face shield. The video analytics platform also automatically counts the number of people in restricted zones, cross-referencing the data with work orders or job instructions.

Restricted Zones
Lifting Operations Control

A system of trained neural networks helps reduce the risk of accidents during loading and unloading operations by automating safety compliance monitoring and notifying all relevant parties of incidents. The system also independently calculates the correct distances and rigging angles for loads, providing real-time data without human involvement. The software can autonomously detect objects within the dynamic hazard zone beneath a crane.

Fire & Ignition Control
Flash Detection

The AI-powered video analytics system provides rapid detection of flashes at client facilities, which is a critical factor in preventing accidents and minimising damage. The platform maintains continuous monitoring even in poor visibility conditions and during night-time hours.

Flash Detection
Smoke

The artificial intelligence is capable of distinguishing smoke from steam (when an LLM agent is connected), detecting smoke in the absence of fire or other visible phenomena, minimising false positives and enabling rapid response only to real threats. The Our platform delivers fast and accurate smoke detection at industrial facilities, preventing potential hazards before they escalate into emergencies.

Smoke
Fire

Using specialised algorithms, the system detects visual signs of fire, capturing its onset and immediately alerting to the emerging danger. The software can detect open flames even when fire burns without producing large amounts of smoke, making it an indispensable tool for industrial facilities with high safety requirements.

Process Control
Correctness

The Our video analytics platform goes beyond equipment condition monitoring — it also controls adherence to technological processes, ensuring correct equipment operation. Using artificial intelligence, the system tracks employee actions and processes, preventing errors and violations that could lead to production disruptions or equipment damage. This helps improve production efficiency, enhance safety, and minimise the risk of failures caused by human error.

Correctness
Sequence

The system records the order in which key operations are performed and verifies compliance with a defined algorithm. Cameras and video analytics modules recognise each employee action in real time, while the AI cross-references them against the reference sequence.

Sequence
Equipment Control
Overheating

Using thermal imaging cameras, the system detects any temperature changes in real time that fall outside the normal operating range of equipment. This enables early identification of overheating signs and prevents potential accidents and equipment damage. Prompt detection allows timely measures to reduce equipment load, schedule preventive maintenance and repairs. The platform thus prevents equipment failure, reducing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted production.

Overheating
Deformation

The our video analytics platform effectively monitors changes in equipment condition, including deformation of critical components such as conveyor belts. The technology detects even minor changes in the shape or position of equipment, helping to prevent serious breakdowns and disruptions to the production process.

Deformation
Transport Control
Road Safety Control

The system automatically recognises vehicle licence plates and determines their status ("authorised" or "unauthorised") based on pre-configured lists. When a vehicle from the "whitelist" is detected, an "authorised" signal is generated; when a vehicle from the "blacklist" is identified, an "unauthorised" signal is generated and a notification is sent to responsible personnel. Simultaneously, compliance with traffic rules on the facility's territory is monitored: vehicles must follow designated routes and roads, and driving onto pavements or other restricted areas is prevented.

Road Safety Control
Barriers

The system recognises vehicle licence plates as they approach a checkpoint and automatically cross-references them with the database. If the plate is found on the whitelist, the barrier opens. If the plate is on the blacklist or not found in the database, access remains blocked and a notification is sent to responsible personnel.

Barriers
Parking

The system monitors the surrounding parking area in real time with automatic licence plate recognition. When vehicles are detected parked in a monitored zone beyond a set time limit, an event is automatically created and a notification is sent to responsible personnel.

Parking
Licence Plate Recognition

The system automatically identifies vehicle licence plates upon entry and exit from the facility and monitors the surrounding parking area. Whitelist and blacklist management is supported: vehicles on the whitelist trigger automatic barrier opening, while vehicles on the blacklist generate an event and a notification is sent to responsible personnel.
