A large property development and construction group with multiple sites in the CIS region.
Location: CISSite-based video analytics linked safety observations to the responsible construction team and added contractor context to the event record.
The construction-site challenge
Active construction sites combine different crews, contractors, material movements and changing work areas. The customer needed to monitor safety requirements automatically and send useful events to the people responsible for the relevant site.
The scope also extended to contractor activity and crew numbers, linking safety monitoring to the day-to-day organisation of construction work.
Implemented scenarios
The deployed computer-vision solution monitors personal protective equipment, crew headcount, contractor activity, loading and unloading operations, and the protected site perimeter.
Contractor affiliation can be determined from elements of workwear. This adds organisational context to an observation, helping the event reach the team responsible for the contractor concerned.
Events routed by site
Video clips associated with detected violations are sent to dedicated messaging channels configured for the individual construction sites. The routing separates the notification streams for different locations and gives the responsible team the relevant evidence.
The project combines the recognition layer with an operational delivery channel. The result is an event linked to a site and, where the visual information supports it, to a contractor organisation.
Project outcome
The source confirms implementation at customer sites, site-specific event routing and identification of contractor affiliation from workwear. It does not provide a verified reduction in injuries, a deployment camera count or a headcount-accuracy metric.
The case demonstrates how construction-specific scenarios and organisational context can be combined within one monitoring workflow.
