A major mineral-fertilizer producer in the CIS region.
Location: CISThe plant introduced video-based PPE and high-risk work monitoring, with event evidence and statistics available to the teams responsible for occupational, industrial and fire safety.
The safety requirement
The customer needed automatic checks for mandatory protective equipment and compliance with procedures during high-risk work. Particular attention was given to areas where specific PPE is compulsory and to operations requiring closer supervision.
The monitoring workflow
Neural-network detectors analyse camera streams to establish whether protective equipment is present, whether observed actions comply with the relevant safety rules and which objects employees are carrying.
An identified violation is passed to the responsible department manager and the safety team through email and the enterprise’s internal information system. This allows the responsible people to review the situation and arrange corrective action before work continues.
Evidence for ongoing improvement
A video archive preserves material for reviewing incidents. Built-in statistics support systematic work on recurring violations across operating departments.
The system therefore provides both an immediate notification and a record that can be used later to understand where similar situations continue to occur.
Reported result
The published project description reports a 15% reduction in recorded violations of occupational, industrial and fire-safety requirements following the introduction of video monitoring.
This is a reported project observation. The public account does not specify a complete comparison methodology or establish that video analytics alone caused the change. The value should be read in the context of this deployment rather than as a prediction for another plant.
