Functional administration

Manage sites, roles, reference data and event workflows consistently.

Browsing: BOX 3.0 / 3.2

Sites and sources

Maintain a clear hierarchy of enterprises, sites and cameras with responsible owners. Verify source access and time settings and track changes that affect the view or analytical configuration.

BOX 3.2: the new-site form, with name, parent path, map and image fields. This blank form explains the inputs; it does not show a saved Sigma site.

Users and reference data

Manage users, roles, employees, event types, presets, zones and other enabled reference data. Use controlled imports and test role visibility. Reference-data changes can affect filters, reports and integrations.

Decision and notification rules

Define the conditions that determine storage, classification, recipient and response. Review ordering and overlap in the decision matrix. Test a known event through the complete workflow before applying rules broadly.

Keep a record of configuration changes, analytical versions, licensing, retention, backup and restore tests. Check actual user outcomes alongside service health and infrastructure metrics.

Shared configuration reference

Use the documentation and configuration supplied for your installed release. Environment addresses and access credentials are provided privately with the delivery.
