One reference for shared modules
The detailed administrator and user guides were updated on 25 September 2026. Shared operations are described once: sign-in, profile, logs, archive, personnel, vehicles, users, global settings and LLM. Links in the BOX 3.2 and BOX 5.0 navigation trees lead to the same pages.
Camera details, catalogs, video recorders and API are covered in version-specific instructions. Models, assets, scenarios and execution belong to Platform 4.0 and BOX 5.0. On a shared page, the illustration's interface version is stated in the caption. Available modules and fields depend on configuration and permissions.
Choose your workflow
The operator views cameras, reviews notifications, makes decisions and retrieves reports. The application administrator configures sites, cameras, analytics, catalogs and access. The system administrator is responsible for servers, networks, storage and service configurations.
An asterisk in a field table indicates a requirement shown by the form. Technical paths refer to your BOX installation. API field names are listed separately from interface fields.
Illustrations and verification limits
The materials are compiled from detailed BOX 3.2 and BOX 5.0 guides, Platform 4.0 documentation, the scenario design methodology, block descriptions and verified product changes. Project-specific capabilities and configuration differences are identified in the text.
Screenshots were captured at 1920×1080. Click an image to read small fields at full size. Demonstration data and actual diagnostic states are retained. An open form shows a configuration; by itself it does not confirm saving, device activation or analytics accuracy.
The estimate “up to 99% of application pipelines” refers to the range of tasks that can be expressed as scenarios. It is a ViewLogic product estimate, not a model accuracy metric or a guarantee for every task.
Sigma practical guide
You can read the instructions in any order. The practical guide offers a separate implementation workflow: a task, actions and readiness criteria. Scenario recipes must be tested using your site's video and configuration.
